Mend Continental Electric CE23601 Switch Position

How can I fix my Continental Electric coffee maker CE23601?

I can plug in my coffee maker and turn the switch to the on position and nothing happens. The hot plate does not get hot and the water does not perk.

Ditto here. Light comes on but no output. Only about a month old. Guess that's what I get for buying a cheap piece of Chinese junk.

Found this site due a similar problem. Only had mine a month as well. The light turns on but nothing follows. Guess that's what I get for $8.00.

Funny- I've only had mine for about a month now. I turned it on this morning and there's no output... wonder if this is a trend?
