Renault Megane Electric Windows - Next Thrillng Installment?
2003 Renault Megane Sport Tourer.
F/N/S window will only travel down irrespective of which way the F/N/S door-switch is activated. Same result if F/O/S switch used. Happily, window rises to the closed position when 'double lock' state is activated using remote key-button. This suggests electronic rather than mechanical problem. Any suggestions gratefully received especially if stated in terms appropriate to an electronics dunce. Thanks in advance.
I have the same problem, have taken the switch out (fairly simple) and needs replacing. If you want to do this yourself you can probably get a switch off EBay for about £5 or contact a Renualt dealer and order a new part.
