Mend Veritas 8 Alarm System Door Entry

Veritas-door magnetic switch problem?

I have Veritas 8 alarm system which has door entry strips. I am replacing one of the doors that has one of these strips. Can I just take the strip off and put onto new door? Or is it something more complicated?

The short answer is - yes you can simply remove it and fit it to the new door. It's simple enough if it's a surface contact.
