Mend Honeywell Accenta 8 Security System Alarm

How can I stop the bell from sounding on entry?

I have a Accenta 8 home alarm system and whenever I fully arm the system I have 30seconds to leave the house, which is fine. But when I enter the house again the Bell sounds (alarms) as soon as I open the front door.
Can you advise what I can I do?
I have fitted new battery and reset the system.

very doubtful nick, if it had failed it would be open circuit and not set. its programmed as an instant alarm on entry is my guess

I imagine your front door contact needs replacing, your pir in your hall is programmed as entry route, and because your door contact has failed its going straight into alarm.
