Mend Hoover TV630 Tumble Filter

How do I get my fliter light off on my TV630?

My Hoover TV630 has a constant filter light on. Filter has been cleaned and all pipe work that is in easy reach is clean and un blocked. Dryer only blows cold air!! help...
