Mend Hoover HNC160-80 Tumble Dryer Care Light

Hoover HNC160-80 Tumble Dryer shows a filter care light. What do I do?

My Hoover HNC160-80 tumble dryer is not working, and shows a "Filter Care" light.
I have cleaned both filters, but there is no improvement, what do I do now?

Hoover Hoover HNC160-80 Household Appliances, Tumble Dryers Tumble Dryer Care Light

check the heating element for a open circuit.The filter care light will illuminate if the pcb detects a fault, or open circuit on the element.Use a multimeter on the element.Test for continuity.
