problem with lights & speedo?

checked to see if water was getting in no sign of water damage to the battery or connection leads. if i take one of the 10amp fuses out and put it back in slowly my speedo comes back on for a split second but doesn't stay on any more ideas !

had similar problem with my gilera dna 50,the fault was rain getting under the seat and getting to the battery connecters and melting the plastic and hence not delivering enough current to power the displays.and causing my indicators to flash too quickly.

check the battery and the connection leads,if it is what i think it is all u should really need is some electrical tape.
