Diagram attempt.... this may not work !

L1 o-----------/----------o L1 o------------- 2 core red

Com o-----------/------------o Com

L2 o----------/-----------o L2 o------------- 2 core black

The switches should be marked L1, L2 and Com.
wire the switches together with the Red,Yellow and Blue of the 4 core cable ( the other is for earth) so that L1 in one switch connects to L1 in the other switch, L2 connects to other switch L2 and Com connects to other switch Com.
Having done that,wire in the two sleeved wires ( probably red and black) so that one goes to terminal L1 and the other goes to teminal L2. Finally connect your earths together and sleeve them and secure to the backbox earth posts.
