Circuit diagram required for hotpoint wm22 1000 washing machine?

Hi, I have the above washer Aquarius 1000 de luxe WM22 and I must say it's excellent. Changed the tub bearings twice and the motor brushes a few times. Just fitted a new motor and a door seal. The unit must be 12+ years old but it's a good one. What I dont want to do now is blow the timer board up hence the request. I am atempting to get the exhaust pump running for 20 seconds or so as soon as the power button is pressed. This is because it takes this long to get hot water to it as we have a multipoint water heater and I believe it will be a faster and more effecient cycle if the gas heats up the water rather than the internal electric element. I can achieve this using a timer circuit from te local electronics shop. It would be even better if I could use the internal thermostat to trigger when to switch off the exhaust pump and let the tub fill up with hot water!
