The washer dryer no longer completes or even starts a drying cycle. It threw up an E10 error code after a power surge during a drying cycle. Now the wash cycle completes as normal, but the timer refuses to count down during the subsequent drying cycle, giving an E10 error after about 10 minutes. The drum rotates back and forth during this time, but there is no drying taking place!
Valve fault not taking water posibly.It is the green side of the triple valve.

Hi Tony,
Have exactly the same problem with my Zanussi washer dryer and wondered if you had figured out the problem with yours.
Any advice would be great as I would love to avoid a call out charge.
