what does f-11 mean on indesit wie 127?

washing machine stopped in middle of cycle
now displaying f-11 can you advise

Indesit Indesit wie 127 Household Appliances, Washing Machines Indesit Wie Washing

f-11: draining error.

open kick plate, unscrew cap, becareful if there is water, drain water and set to spin, see if the pump is moveing, (my case it didn't), only when the drum is empty will the washer start to spin.
