can you tell me if i have a problem?

washing machine,indesit,wie 137 s.can you tell me if i have a problem.my washer seems to work one minute and then not.when it drains the water it makes a funny noise.i have repeatedly empty the filter on the bottom off the machine,and there is lots of water coming out of that.it also wont do anything when i try any program.the door looked indicator dosent display.someone has sujested that i may have frozen pipes due to the cold weather.
