Mend Indesit WIE 167 Problem Starts Fill

How do I fix my Indesit WIE 167 problem?

My Indesit WIE 167 washing machine is giving me a F-03 code.
It starts to fill with water then empties it all out.

F03 is a Temperature sensor fault. The sensor is located in the heater. There is a small black plug with two wires. Check for corrosion on the pins.
The thermistor (temp sensor) should also be checked for its resistance reading.
