The washing nachine will not drain away water, but all the other cycles work ok

Get a flat screwdriver and pry open the bottom panel. Put a tray underneath the machine and unscrew the drain cap slowly. Water will drain onto tray. Screw back the cap and empty tray. Repeat process flow stops. Restore cap and panel. Run the spin programme. All water will now be drained. Good luck.
