How do I recover the code number on my veritas system?

Dave mate,
There are no nvm pins on this system(nvm non volotile memory)
To reset this sytem you have to disconnect the mains power via the fused spur for the panel or via the internal mains fuse then disconnect the internal battery.
Once the power is removed restore mains power only, before the panel or keypad makes any noises or bleeps press reset on the keypad. If the alarm has not been locked by the engineer then your alarm should be reset.
To switch off the alarm your code will now be 4321 the engineer code is 1234.

you need to place a connection accross the nvm terminals inside the panel. firstly disconnect all the power, place a spade connection accross the 2 pins, repower up and the panel should be reset to the factory settings and user number ie 1234.
