Internal sounder activated when in unset mode.
Tamper led now flashing constantly and i cannot reset system . Manual says to enter code number followed by hash key but this does nothing.
How do i re set to have alarm working again?
i got mine to reset after taking out the mains and battery fuses and waiting 30 seconds before replacing.

check the battery. Mine just did exactly what yours did and I replaced the backup 12V battery that was reading just 5V.
Everything reset to factory settings so the cod is now 1234 but a replacement battery fixed my problem.

Pressing reset does nothing
Manual states code then Hash button to reset - again does nothing
And yes this is the first and only time this has happened

hi ron from looking at your question you have the annoying tamper 1st thing im going to say ron is check every single sensor in your house that the lid is tight or open them clean them and stretch the springs if no diffrence check the MAIN panel is tight check the keypad and you might aswell check the bell box is still lit up or it is sounding and before you tighten the main panel you might aswell check fuses or any loose wire and try ron to press reset and see if it clears it warning the alarm may tamper but remember to press reset get back if this helps or not thanks death
