Accenta Gen4 installation problems?

I have recently installed a system using only 3 PIRs ( 3 zones ) and 1 bell box. Upon initial testing the bell box worked fine, however the walktest shows all 8 zones with a number 1 ie sucsessfully tested before any test had been carried out ?? Also a zones' 7 & 8 fire lockout has now occured which I cannot clear ( I am not using these zones or any smoke detectors in the sytem ) it says code not valid, despite using the original code and changing it to a specified one.
As you can probably tell this is my first security alarm installation and any help would be greatly appreciated.
