Where do I find the NVM in a Modern 9800 alarm system/panel?

What does it look like (can you point me to a pic on the web?) and how do I remove and re-install it in order to reset the security code. I have lost the number and cant contact the previous residents.

If you have a 9800 + you wont even need to remove the NVM, If you have a 9800 and you do remove the chip, you will lose everything programming wise.
Have a serious think before you do this.

If you don't have an install manual, good luck, what you want to do defaults the whole panel
