Mend Hoover VHD814 Properly Machine Clothes

hoover vision vhd814 not rinsing properly?

im sure that my machine is not rinsing properly. all seems to go well and machine finishes cycle but clothes feel slightly sticky and feel stiff when dry. if clothes are not removed from machine as soon as cycle finishes they start to smell.. any ideas. cannot see a water level in machine but i dont knowif i should?

few possibilites jen! check inline filter at back of machine(inside, blue) possible slight blockage of blue solenoid valve (same area of machine) ps ur no puting too much in r u ? drum should only be 3/4 full, half full for towels
