Beko washing machine is spinning but clothes still wet after use - help!?

My Beko washing machine is 2 yrs old and has been working ok for past month after I installed it in my new home. However, now it makes a whirring noise and it doesnt seem to spin as fast as it used to, it isnt always draining properly and the clothes are coming out drenched! When I do another cycle on "drain" it does drain but clothes are still drenched. Any ideas?
