how can i fix main medway super?

the pilot light is lit, but when i turn tap on the unit is not firing up

I'm having the same problem except mine is caused by the bolt that holds the diaphragm together with the metal discs each side has snapped in 2 unfortunately I cant find the part number to get a replacement. I spoke to Baxi technical dept and he wasn't much use so any help would be gratefully received.
