E133 flame failure

are the other gas appliances in the property [e.g. cooker, fire] working normally?

if NO then probably a gas supply problem

can call TRANSCO [completely free service] on 0800 111 999 to check your gas supply

if YES then unlikely to be a gas supply problem
would ''check'' other parts of ignition system

can you HEAR boiler trying to spark?
its a very faint crackling noise

can you HEAR the fan spinning?

can you HEAR the whoosh of the gas as it is ignited?

etc etc etc

You call for the services of a Gas Safe Engineer
Yellow Pages is a good place to begin

Your boiler is probably a Main Combi rather than a Main Combo
but it doesn't matter which you say.

You might check that the gas has not been turned off by accident in the meter cupboard.
