My Vokera does not supply hot water to the taps (Central heating is not yet connected.) It seems to run normally - even the pilot light is solid green after firing up gas etc. I get tepid water if I turn the temperature gauge to maximum.
It could many things, boiler might not be going to full fire which could be the valve or PCB,I think you need to get an engineer to assess whats wrong

Thank you for your response. The engineer who installed the boiler also set it up. It has been running flawlessly for almost five years: providing hot water when required. Now, there is no hot water, though water flow is normal. I would be grateful for some advice on a repair.
Many Thanks

Are You Mad the central heating water is what heats the dhw all you are doing is heating the heat exchanger to the point of destruction, the heat in the metal is conducted through to the water pipe, thats why it gets warm
