Mend Glowworm 30CXI Combi Boiler Fault Code No Hot Water

My glowworm 30cxi wont ignite! ?

The pilot appears to have gone out on my combi boiler.

A red flashing light appears above the LED display with a F1 showing in the LED window.

Having completely turned the system off, left for 30 seconds and tried to turn back on nothing appears to firing up.

There is no hot water or heating....

Do you know what the fault code represents or how to start the pilot again???

Glowworm Glowworm 30CXI Heating, Home Heating Systems Combi Boiler Fault Code No Hot Water

F1 means no ignition, First be sure your gas is turned on. if this is so then the problem lies within the boiler I would recommend you seek proffessional advice and dont try repairing it yourself its far beyond diy skills. Sorry.
