Mend Candy Aquaviva 1300 Washer Dryer Drum Noise

Power is on but drum not spinning Candy Aquaviva 1300 Washer/Dryer?

We have the Candy Aquaviva 1300 washer / dryer, first of all there was a strange grating / clicking sound then the power went off on the house. We turned this back on and the power on the washer / dryer but there is noise like it is trying to do something but the drum is not going round. Has anybody got any ideas please?
