Mend Honda VFR750F Cut Spark Battery

How can i fix my 1989 VFR750F?

It cut out and now wont start. I have tested all spark plugs and the spark ok. I have recharged the battery (it is new) and it has fuel in it. It sounds like it wants to start but just fails and i have tried to bump start it and had to push it over 2 miles to get it home.
