I was riding down my road and everything just cut out. I got a new battery and spark plug i have fitted the new battery but still wen i press my electric start theres no sound or anything. The bike doesnt even make a sound of it trying to start its just completly dead. Nothing works on the bike at all, like the lights and horn dont work when i turn the key. Ive never had any problems with it since buying it in September. My battery was knackered so i got a new one and it still didnt work. Please any help would be nice.
hii the same happened to mine and it was the cdi unit which are about £135 ... itll only be the cdi unit if you have an immobilizer

Check the main (thicker) battery lead that goes from the battery to the solenoid - see if its come loose. The other power to the bike comes from a thinner red battery lead so check that its tight, and any fuses are intact.
