speedfight 2 wont start?

i have a 50cc L/C speedfight 2 x race and it cut out when i stopped and wouldnt start again i changed spark plug checked petrol pipes and carb also new battery and dont know what else to do as i cant afford to put it in a garage. it sounds like it wants to go but it just wont.(all electrics work fine)

Is that why my engine started sounded really rough a couple of months ago and it stopped working a couple of days after fitting a tecnigas sports exhaust.
how much would it be for new bearings and for a garage to fit them? could i do them at home?
