the cause of the no heat problem is the thermostat of thermal risistor which is located at the back...................remove plug 1st, then the silver l shaaped panel on the back of m/c you will see the heater with two round shaped (with 2 wires on each ) .they are most likely to be problem best if you remove the whole element and get it tested in a appiance shop ect
