mine is doing the same but is it safe just to stick ur hand in and try see if theres n e thing stuck???

The are two probabale causes for a grinding noise, either there is something like a spoon trapped in the wash pump propellor or the bearing have gone. Spares can be found at www.easicook.co.uk or www.commercialdishwashersuk.co.uk
