My Fiat Brava has started cutting out when I slow and when i try to start the car it wont, I have notice a red light (injector light) that stays on when I turn the car on when this is showing the car wont start, after a couple of hours it will then start but again cuts out when I slow. It is also making a misfiring sound I am assuming it is a fuel problem but request where I should take it to be looked at and what the problem could be and will it be expensive?
probably an injection problem, if you know how to clean the injectors if not it's a garage job to replace it, a friend had the same prob on a 2001 punto cost nearly £500 suspect the garage was taking the fiddle though.
