also make sure that the bolt on earth lead [on bell housing bolt] is actually clamping lead- if box has been out someone may have have mixed bolts and put a bolt in that is too long-in this case bolt may need a washer on it

I would suspect a bad earth lead connection,follow the earth lead from the battery down to the engine,remove the bolt clean everything up and refit,it may run directly to the starter or have another lead from the engine to starter,either way clean the lot.

no iv changed the battery 3 times each time the battery has bin on charge over nite

It would help if you wrote in correct English, but I assume that you are trying to tells us that the starter motor is not operating when cold?
If so, I would suspect that the battery is on the way out if it is 5 years old or more.
