samsung lcd wont work just keeps making a clicking noise?

my samsung 40 inch lcd tv keeps making a clicking noise when i try to turn it on there is no picture or sound the model no is LE40R7BD can anyone help or had the same problem and how much it cost to fix i have only had it just over two years

Its the switch on the tv its self what you turn it on/off.Ive had 2 tv's thats made that clicking sound.ive turned tv on,no picture,just click,click?Itook them to a local electronics repairs shop,it cost 50.00.Icould tell you where,if you live in manchester?
