Get generic inkjet cartridges to work in an Epson Stylus Photo 830U!?
I have brought some Phoenix inkjet cartridges to use in my Epson Stylus Photo 830U. The colour cartridge works fine but I cannot get the printer to recognise the black cartridge. If I do try to print in black "Installed ink cartridge cannot be recognised is displayed" Please somebody out there help me!!!
when you put the black cartridge in did you get a message to as you if you still wanted to use the cartidge that you had put in? Did you click on yes if not that could be the problem. I would then try and put another black in. Keep the one you take out as you may be able to put it in at a later time.
