Hi we have the same machine ....In the draw there is a little poppit style of valve ? wash it all out (YOU MUST REMOVE THE DRAW TO GET AT THE VALVE)...as its clogged ! hope this helps Richard &Vicky

hi simon its supposed to be like that but you could remove the draw take out the plastic insert and give it a good clean
