Mend Zanussi ZHS6100 Empty Spin Machine

Zanussi Jet System - Fabric Conditioner won't empty?

I have a Zanussi jet system 1000 spin washing machine and for weeks now the fabric conditioner remains in the drawer after selecting various different wash/rinse cycles. I have tried cleaning the the drawer, the compartment and the filter, but nothing seems to work.

Any ideas of what the problem could be or how to fix it?

Is any water going into the conditioner part of the drawer?If not you will probably find that the solenoid will be faulty.Be careful as there are a couple of solenoids on this machine.There is a good chance it is the one that your cold hose is atached to at the back.
