hotpoint auarius wf320 1200 spin washing machine?

light 1 is flashing on my machine i think this is error code f08 which relates to heater relay. does anyone know how to sort this out?.........the error happens at the end of a cycle just as it tries to spin.

in short clean the tray fully and use a wire brush.

You are using fabric conditioner that is too thick for your machine. Remove the tray, take out the blue plastic insert. Can you see the upright white 'pole' with a hole in, look at the base of it and you should see a slight indentation. This needs to be free of any old conditioner residue or it will not drain the conditioner away properly.
