The name stands for 'Run Direct Link Library (32 Bit)' The .exe shows that it is an executable file. These files essentially allow all types of software written by many companies to communicate with the Microsoft Operating System. The easiest way to sort this is to go to click on the Start button > Accessories > System Restore. Then just choose a date from the on screen calender that is before the date the problem arose.
