My son can not use his e drive because it says his DLL is missing. He can not re-install his computer because the e drive doesn't work with out the Dll. wha tcan he do about this?
He has a new Dell machine. I have an e-machine that is about 2 years old and this is my computer number that is listed below, not his.
I'm afraid that .dll is a type of file - there are lots of them. It stands for Dynamic Link Library and is part of the code that makes up a program. So the question is what is the EXACT message that your son gets when he it trying to do WHAT?
However, as the computer is new, I suggest a call to Dell.
