Mend Toshiba TTN55X81 Tv Power Button Model

TV won't turn on blinking power button?

55" Toshiba MODEL # TTN55X81 the power button is blinking and won't turn on. When we unplug it and plug it back in, then it works. How do we fix this problem.

Some of these sets had trouble with the teletext decoder. Viewed from the rear, on the right is a panel 4x3 inches with one blue connector to the pcb. Unplug it and switch on. If all is ok rework the long flat chip or live without text(the set works ok without)
