Mend Peugeot 406 Button Work Appears

Horn button 406?

I need to get to my horn button on my 406, as I have press in a few places before it will work. It appears the contacts are not connecting properly. This is a 2002 406HDi Estate

I have the same car with the same problem. It would appear that it is an inherant weakness of design. Mine has now stopped working all together. I am considering rewiring to an additional switch.
