Hotpoint WT540 keeps spinning - How to fix?

Hi. I hope someone can help?
During a wash cycle, the power button on my Hotpoint WT540 Washing machine started to flash and then so did the Mini Load button(4th Button).
I cleaned out the filter at the bottom of the machine, but now the machine appears to work ok except for when it gets to the final spin, it seems to keep spinning over and over, as if it can't finish the cycle.
Can anyone please help??
