Mend Kenmore 116.56500991C Replace Belt Open

How do i replace the belt on the Kenmore Power-mate (116.56500991C)?

Ditto on that.

I am trying to replace the belt on the Kenmore Power-mate (116.56500991C with p/n 40110 belt) but can't get the unit open. I have lost my owner's manual for the unit as well.

There are two tabs one on each side. I have found these and can get the unit to separate on the sides and in the front but not in the back.

Any suggestions for me?

It is not the same model as mine, but try this, pop off the light cover , it is a separate piece to get to the bulb if you have one or not, under there are 2 screws you need to remove. Next lift the two tabs you found on the sides and off it comes.
