Mend Kenmore 86889 Vacuum Canister Filters

I need owners maunal for a Kenmore canister vacuum 86889?

I need to find an owners manual to a Kenmore canister vacuum. Model number 86889. I have replaced the filters, made sure that the belt and hoses weren't clogged, and it still won't suck. PLease help what else could it be?
