vacuum belt replacement?

Kenmore model # 5651190 cannister
Need instructions to open the power head and replace belt. Don't have owners manual. Found two places to insert screwdriver to get past tabs but still doen't open up.

1. Remove the light cover by pressing in on the sides and lifting.
2. Remove the light bulb. It's a bayonet type.
3. Remove the two large screws.
4. Use the screwdriver to pry the cover from the tabs as you did before.
5. Lift off the cover and remove the beater bar to replace the belt.
