Amana washer wont drain or go into spin cycle?

Amana Washer model LW8303W2 will go into all cycles, but will not drain or spin when it gets to spin cycle. The timer will continue until the end of the cycle. I pulled the hoses to ensure they were clear of obstrution. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
