Mend Panasonic CT32SL14 Power Repair

my panasonic ct32sl14 wont turn on?

i went to turn it on and it made a power up buzz ,like it normally does, but made a power down kinda noise immediately following. now it won't turn on at all.

i Have seen this model just poping AC line fuse.
Afterreplacing can't find any reason for the fuse being open...open back follow line cord into tv, fuse is where cord plugs into board...get a fuserated at same value.
if it blows again you have other serius prob...if it play then good for you
