Mend Panasonic SA-HT75 Unit Power Circuit

Schematic for Panasonic SA-HT75 ?

My unit will not power up. A relay clicks twice, then that's it. If I can see a print, I can see if it's worth getting into. Circuit City Repair returned it to me...don't know why, nor did anyone at the store.

Check regulator IC502.

Input: Pin 14 = 28V (protected by fuse FP549).

Outputs:
Pin 3 = 9V
Pin 11 = 7.5V
Pin 12 = 14.7V

Check fan.
