Well, does depend on what area of the set it fell on. If it shorted out a microprocessor it could be expensive. However, although it's likely you have caused more than just a fuse or fusible link to break, probably a component or two has been damaged. Panasonic have good over current and over voltage protection in their TV's. So most likely the damage will be limited. It's true, there are 'no user servicable parts' inside a TV, it's going to need an engineer.
