Mend Mikomi M6225 Bought Load Working

how can i fix my mikomi m6225?

i bought a mikomi m6225 i have the disk, doing everything it says but keeps saying windows could not load the installer for image , i have done this about 5 times and still not working

can anyone help?

Well, i only go tmine to work, by virtue of the fact that i have windows vista, and it did say that...until windows managed to get its head round it...sorry
